The Company was established in the year 1990 as a partnership firm and since May 1999 has been incorporated as a Private Limited Company with S.K.Goel & Rakesh Dhar as directors of the Company.

S.K.Goel
graduated from School of Planning & Architecture in the year 1984 and has in the past more than two decades been responsible for design & detailing of various Residential, Institutional, Hospitality, Healthcare & Interior projects in National Capital Region. He is also an Associate Member of the Indian institute of Architects (Regn.No. A-7095), Member Council of Architecture (Regn. No.CA/85/9131), Fellow of the institute of Valuers (Regn. No. F-3222).

Rakesh Dhar
graduated from Maulana Azad College of technology , Bhopal in the year 1980 and has extensive experience gained in the last 26 years spanning a huge range of projects from Industrial, Housing, Institutional, Healthcare and Interior projects in Northern India. He is also an Associate Member of the Indian institute of Architects (Regn.No. A-8863), Member Council of Architecture (Regn. No.CA/87/10576), Fellow of the institute of Valuers (Regn. No. F-9673).

The company has a dedicated team of skilled & qualified Architects & Engineers in the supporting team .For many years our focus remained on providing comprehensive architectural services which we continue to provide. We have now assembled a team of skilled personnel & equipment to provide the popular design & build package and cad outsourcing services.
